Do we think leaders have outdated metrics for promotion or success? People morph to what they are measured against unless they are willing to risk personal gain and be a true maverick. Perhaps an opportunity here for further up line change since I’m sure many leaders are frustrated by this reality as well.

And burnout. Talk about something that gets so much airtime without truly addressing. Appreciate your comment!
